PAC Volleyball Skills Academy:

Volleyball Skills Academy- Fridays October 4th-November 1st

Time: 6pm-7pm

Cost: $225/non member or $195/Member

The Attack Skills Academy features individual attention and a focus on individual improvement through one-hour intense training sessions.

Sessions will focus on serving, passing, attacking, blocking, and defense.

Training will be provided by a mix of varsity level coaches, former collegiate level coaches, high school coaches in addition to former and current high school and college players as demonstrators.

Academy Features

• Open to boys and girls in grades 4th-8th. Age- and skill-based grouping.
• 5 minutes of warmup
• 20 minutes of Skill Stations
• 20 minutes of Skill Isolation and drills
• 10 minutes of Game Play
• 5 minutes of cool down
